Here is the special bell schedule for Friday, June 6, 2008, which. Please note that Period 4 will be at the end of the day. The schdule will allow for distribution of yearbooks by the ASB Yearbook class and for signing of the books.

Finals Week Schedule
The distribution of yearbooks will be handled in the following manner. Yearbook distribution will take place in Cougar Court. Desks/tables will be arranged with signs posted in alphabetical groupings. Distribution will begin in 4th period with those teachers who have made prearrangements with Mr. Clark.

A list of students who have purchased their yearbooks will be brought to teachers' 4th period classrooms by 2:05 or earlier in the period as prearranged with Mr. Clark. Teachers will read the list of names and instruct students about the distribution process. STUDENTS NEED TO PUT THEIR NAMES IN THEIR YEARBOOK BEFORE ASKING OTHERS TO SIGN THEM. When the bell rings at 2:20 p.m., all students may by released to the Quad areas for yearbook distribution and signing.

Please note that students who receive their yearbooks during 4th period are to pick up their yearbooks only and then return to their 4th period class. Yearbook signing will not officially begin on campus until 2:10 pm. These students should return to their 4th period classrooms until the 2:20 bell.

Teachers/supervisors will be providing supervision from 2:20 - 3:10 p.m. Students will be allowed to sign yearbooks in Cougar Court, Waters Court. Lunch Court in front of the Friendship Room and Outdoor Stage, and 6th Grade Corridor. Students will not be allowed on the basketball courts or the fields.

Dear 8th Grade Parents,
In the yearbook there is a section for dedications. This is where family and friends can buy a spot for 8th grade students. The available space is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Please send cash or check to Colina Middle School, c/o Mr. Clark. Please send pictures and the note you would like to have published; pictures may also be e-mailed to tclark@conejo.k12.ca.us
The price if $110 for a quarter page (price subject to change; ask Mr. Clark for definitive cost). Only one quarter-page dedication will be accepted per 8th grade student. Please do not send in a check with no pictures and no letter! Dedications will be accepted only if all three items are turned in at the same time. There is limited amount of space available, so turn in your complete dedication as soon as possible.
