What's the condition of your locker?

Dear Teachers and Students,

Guess what? It is time for another spirit competition. But for this competition we are not only judging you but your lockers too! Mr. Waters and the spirit committee are hosting a "Locker Competition" this
Friday, Sep. 27, 2002.

Mr. Waters is going to randomly select one person per homeroom, and look at his or her locker. The locker should look something like the picture of the "Good Locker" on the next page. Mr. Waters has certain areas for a locker that must be followed or you will not win. Every GOOD locker should have: - STRAIGHT binders - A spare key in the locker - A rolled backpack - Books lined up straight.

Other things may be added but if something is missing from the list above, Mr. Waters will count you down. Homeroom points will be given for this competition. Every homeroorn will receive at least I point for being picked by Mr. Waters. The points will be given as followed: 1 " - 4 points 2 nd - 3 points 3' - 2 points Participating- I point Please remember to have a clean locker this Friday October 5t, 2001! Teachers please send your representative at the time listed below.

Each eligible homeroom will send one student to the Outdoor Stage at 9:30 a.m. If at least 50% participate, the homeroom gets 1 point; for 100% participation, it's 2 extra points. Total points for all spirit events will be tabulated at the trimester end; points may be used toward a Pizza Party for 20 points or toward a Donut Party for 15 points. The homeroom with most points gets a Pancake Breakfast.
