| Friday, April 2, 2004, at 7:00 p.m. in Colina auditorium Tickets available through Friday, March 26, 2004 Download Fashion Show Reservation Form to reserve tickets Check in at 6:30 p.m. Applications for model, announcer, server, decorator, greeter being taken from Mon.-Thurs., Feb. 17-20, 2004. Application deadline, Friday, Feb. 20, 2004 at 3:30 p.m. at attendance window. All applicants must attend the following meetings: Please obtain a ticket reservation form; it'll be in the PTSA Newsletter that will be/was mailed to your home. Cost is $17.50 per person. Return the ticket reservation form with check, payable to Colina PTSA, by Friday, March 26, 2004. to Ms. Erickson in Colina's main office. Reservations will be accepted on a "first-come" basis and confirmed by telephone. This event always sells out, so please buy your tickets early! Join us for an evening of fashion, food and fun... as students and faculty entertain and serve you while you enjoy the festivities of a Dinner and Fashion Show. 6:30 p.m., Check-in, Reserved Seating |

| Acknowledgments from co-chairpersons Kim LaSpada, Lucinda Piligian, Stacie Pine, Joanne Watanabe, Alison Watase We hope everyone enjoyed this years 12th Annual Fashion Show "Colina Choice Entertainment Awards". Again, our Colina students were fantastic! Over 150 students were involved this year modeling, announcing, serving, greeting and decorating. Mr. Clark's art classes provided artwork for the program covers and door decorations. This is just a great big production that seems to get better every year. It takes many parent volunteers to pull it all together. Thanks to Teresa Clark, Christina Davis, Janet Frush, Michelle Paz, Lori Stanley, and Anne Stone, the model coordinators who took the students to the various stores for fittings and worked all night with them in the green room. Thanks to Diane Byrne, Susan Krevitt, Carol Glynn, Kelley McKernan, Maggie Rickelmann, Cathie Biggs, Debbie Bitter, and Donna Johnson, coordinators that worked with our servers during the show. Thanks to the husband and wife team of John and Patty Matra for the program. Thanks to Mauro Barraza, the announcer coordinator, and Sally Primm and Cynthia Ware, our script writers. Thanks to Christy Christensen and her greeting team who helped get everyone to their seats. A big fabulous thank you goes to to Dard Griffin, our decorator, for the magnificent room! Many thanks to our wonderful staff and faculty for their continued support in PTSA and school events. Kim, Lucinda, Joanne, Alison and I want to thank ALL the volunteers who helped with this great event. Colina's great group of students and parents made this production an award winning experience of a lifetime!!!! Thanks everyone! You look MAH-VELOUS!!
