Information on who may attend Colina Middle School, and for eligible students, on the process to apply or register.
 Colina Office Hours During the regular school year, the Main Office and Counseling Center are open weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Summer Office Hours The Main Office will be open weekdays through June 30, 2008, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; it is closed July 1-Aug. 3, 2008, and re-opens Monday, Aug. 4 2008; hours will be 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. daily (registrations not taken at main office). Counseling Center is open weekdays through June 30, 2008, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; it is closed July 1-Aug. 14, 2008, and re-opens Friday, Aug. 15, 2008, for registration and counseling concerns; hours are 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. |
Significant Dates for 2008-09 PTSA Newsletter: mid-August Student’s schedule: given in August Orientation: Includes classes, levels, teacher names, order. Student’s Schedule: during summer orientation 1st day of 2008-09: Wednesday, Aug. 27, 2008 Regular school day: For some students, 9:00 a.m. to 3:10 p.m.; for others, 8:00 a.m. to 2:19 p.m. A limited number of students are on an extended-day schedule, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:10 p.m. Bell Schedule Last day of 2008-09: Friday, June 12, 2008 Orientation: Wed, Aug. 20, 2008, from 8:00 to 11:30 am Meet in gymnasium at 8:00 am sharp Details on summer orientation sent home Aug 2008 mailing. Additionally, keep an eye on this website; details when available. Download exact orientation time schedule (available in summer) Fall portraits of students aren't taken during summer orientation; they will be taken once school is in session. If you change address... If you change address, please bring two proofs of residence to the Counseling office immediately. Acceptable documents: Original & current Water, Gas, Electric or Trash bill, Drivers License. May be acceptable: Original, current & signed rental agreement or escrow papers. Not acceptable: Phone, Insurance, Credit Card, Cable or other similar bills. |
