Step 1: Do you qualify?
Must meet ALL these criteria:
1) Be in grade 7 or 8.
2) No D or Fail in ANY subject (academic or elective or P.E.)
3) On latest Report Card, minimum 8 points* (10 points* if Spanish or French is taken), according to the criteria below:

*Only English, Math, Science, Social Science, Spanish, French count toward qualifying.
**Notice that an extra point is earned if a course is Honors (vs. CP or standard); however, only 2 total extra points may be earned. For instance, if you have A in each of Math, Eng & Soc Sci Honors, you earn 4, 4, 3 (not 4, 4, 4).		 Step 2: Complete the form below.

Colina will review the application information you submit electronically, comparing what you stated with the office copy of the Report Card. If there is a discrepancy, you will be notified.
