Colina's Staff celebrated the 2002 National Blue Ribbon Award on Nov. 21, 2002, at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library, Simi Valley. (Previously, a celebration had been held for students, in Colina's gymnasium.) The ceremony, sponsored by the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library Foundation, included a recognition ceremony, dinner, and a concert performance by entertainer Christopher Cross, who is a Colina parent.
