Each homeroom class will choose a COTY Representative/Student Senate Representative. The class and/or the teacher will pick one representative and one alternate. The representative (or the alternate if the representative is absent) will come to the Cafeteria on selected days during first period to get information about the COTY events and other school issues. They will then report the information back to their homeroom. It is during these COTY/Student Senate meetings that we will discuss what will count as participating for specific dress-up days (ex. How much blue do I need to wear on blue day? What counts as crazy hair? Does a book sock count as a hat? Etc.).
